Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before the first package is generated
If you purchase a permit project but have not generated the first customized permit package, you may request cancellation and a refund by contacting [email protected].
After the first package is generated
Because the service produces customized digital documents using project-specific information, purchases are generally not refundable after the first package has been generated, except for duplicate charges, a material technical failure that prevents us from providing the purchased service, or when a refund is otherwise required by law.
Government corrections and changing requirements
A government request for corrections, a changed form, a changed project scope, or a request for plans or professional work does not automatically mean the preparation service failed. When the purchased workflow supports revisions, you may edit and regenerate the project as described in the service.
Government and third-party charges
Government permit fees, inspection fees, professional fees and third-party charges are separate from our preparation fee unless expressly stated at checkout and are subject to the recipient's own refund rules.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your project ID, purchase email and reason for the request. We will review requests promptly and process approved refunds to the original payment method when practicable.
