Does Form-O-Matic submit my building permit to the city or county?
No. The service prepares the configured permit paperwork; you submit it to the applicable agency unless a future filing service is expressly offered.
No. A generated permit package is prepared paperwork, not a government submission.
After generation, review the documents, provide required signatures and supporting materials, then submit them using the filing method required by the applicable city or county. Government permit, plan-review, inspection, and other agency fees are separate from the Form-O-Matic preparation fee.
If Form-O-Matic later offers a filing or submission service for a particular jurisdiction, that service will be clearly identified before any information is sent to a government agency.
